Return/Exchange Policy

Online Return/Exchange Policy: Unfortunately we do not accept returns. We accept exchanges on items in original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. If an exchange is desired please contact us at alpacafashion.email@yahoo.com. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for exchange and item will need to be of equal or lesser value.
